Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant focuses on supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

What the role involves

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Delivering targeted literacy and numeracy interventions.
• Providing classroom support during lessons and activities.
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and learning resources.
• Supporting children with additional learning needs where required.
• We are particularly keen to hear from graduates who have achieved a 2:1 degree or above in.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
