Graduate Project Engineer – Mechanical

Equans Data Centers is seeking a motivated Graduate Project Engineer Mechanical to join our innovate team and support exciting large-scale projects from inception to completion.

As a Graduate Project Engineer Mechanical, you will become an integral part of our delivery teams, managing key mechanical elements on high profile projects. Based in High Wycombe you will collaborate closely with experienced professionals, ensuring projects proceed on time, to quality standards with zero compromise on health & safety.

Starting in September , you will join our two-year structured Graduate Programme, combining formal training with practical on the job experience. Our programme offers a balance of training and on the job learning to support your transition to becoming an accomplished professional. You will take responsibility for your career, while we offer guidance and support to help you reach your goals.

We are looking for people who are motivated to continue learning and ready to take on new opportunities. You wont be alone during the scheme, and you will be supported to drive your development through reviews and regular meetings with the Early Careers team. You will also be able to join any of our employee-led networks, including our Young Professionals Network.
