Graduate Quality Engineer

The Graduate Quality Engineer position centres on test automation to build quality into our software, working closely with the rest of their team and coaching others on how to write better software. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Engineering work involved

• Test automation to build quality into our software, working closely with the rest of their team and coaching others on how to write better software.
• Defining and executing the quality and testing strategy for your team, coaching other team members to ensure software quality is considered throughout the development process.
• Design test charters and perform session based exploratory testing to find unique bugs that could only be discovered by the most creative people.

Practical details

• Our Quality Engineers use a combination of shift-left and shift-right testing techniques, exploratory testing, technical testing.
