- Are you a psychology, education, or social sciences graduate looking for hands-on experience in special educational needs (SEN) and mental health?

- The school is seeking a graduate with a degree in Psychology, Education or Health & Social Care, who is kind, patient and compassionate.
- While prior experience working with children or vulnerable adults is beneficial, a genuine passion for supporting young people is the most important factor!

- Use creative and therapeutic approaches (e.g., sensory play, Makaton, PECS) to support communication and engagement.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students and become a positive role model in their lives.
