Graduate Speech & Language Teaching Assistant focuses on delivering one-to-one and small group interventions to support speech, language and communication development.

What the role involves

• Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions to support speech, language and communication development.
• Supporting students with identified Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).
• Assisting students in accessing learning across the curriculum.
• Work closely with teachers, SEND staff and external professionals to implement support strategies.
• Monitoring student progress.
• Encourage confidence, engagement and positive participation within lessons.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• £100 - £120 per day.
• Full-Time | Term Time Only.
