Graduate Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start!

This is a full-time, permanent position, working term-time only, with a competitive salary of £518–£585 per week.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both primary and secondary-aged pupils, working closely with small groups to boost academic achievement and confidence. You will:

About You – The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a graduate with a strong academic record:
- 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group or reputable university
- Strong GCSEs and A-levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Driven, passionate, and hardworking, with a genuine commitment to helping children succeed
- Able to motivate and support small groups of students, boosting confidence and attainment
