Graduate Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start!

A leading all-through school is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team after the Easter holidays. This is a full-time, permanent position, working term-time only, with a competitive salary of £518–£585 per week.

About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both primary and secondary-aged pupils, working closely with small groups to boost academic achievement and confidence. You will assist teachers in delivering a stimulating and personalised learning experience, helping students reach their full potential across a broad and enriching curriculum. You will:

About You – The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a graduate with a strong academic record:

  • 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group or reputable university
  • Strong GCSEs and A-levels
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Driven, passionate, and hardworking, with a genuine commitment to helping children succeed
  • Able to motivate and support small groups of students, boosting confidence and attainment
