GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANT

This Teaching Assistant role is focused on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring many of our partner schools are known for their therapeutic ethos, multi‑disciplinary teamwork, and personalised approaches to learning and wellbeing to the role.

- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- References covering the last 24 months.

Practical information
- 08:30am – 15:30pm, Monday to Friday (term‑time).
- Assist with behaviour tracking, data collection, and progress monitoring for individual pupils.
- Opportunities available across both specialist SEN provisions and inclusive mainstream classrooms.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils.
