The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining learning continuity when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Creating a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Providing additional assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required

No formal teaching qualification is required – full guidance and support will be provided by Teaching Personnel.
