Grinder Threadmill Operator focuses on operate all threadmill machines and any future machinery.

What the role involves

• Operate all Threadmill machines and any future machinery.
• Operating our cylindrical grinders and our small surface grinder.
• Update setups and working methods.
• Operate various manual machinery (drill, mill, broach to name a few) to give flexibility.
• Quality assurance inspection of parts according to drawings and requirements.
• Maintaining efficiency records of equipment.

Confirmed role details

• Be involved in further training and to provide training to peers and apprentices.
• Implement and improve the company’s Quality system.
• Qualified in material removal in such areas as turning, cylindrical grinding, milling.
• 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
