Grounds Maintenance Operative focuses on carry out grass cutting using strimmers, pedestrian mowers, and ride-on mowers with trailers (full training provided).

What the role involves

• Carry out grass cutting using strimmers, pedestrian mowers, and ride-on mowers with trailers (full training provided).
• Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of all sites.
• Care for vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hedge cutting, shrub and border maintenance, pruning, and leaf clearance.
• Undertake landscaping and environmental improvement works, including turfing, seeding, and planting.
• Work safely at all times, following health and safety regulations and company policies.

Skills and requirements

• Just a positive, can-do attitude.
• Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full UK driving licence to get to site.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Confirmed role details

• Industry: Agriculture.
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm.
• Up to £14.50 per hour (depending on experience).
