Grounds Maintenance Operative focuses on carrying out hydroseeding operations.

What the role involves

• Carrying out hydroseeding operations.
• Planting shrubs, grass, and other vegetation.
• Cutting back hedgerows and general vegetation management.
• Operating and maintaining machinery, including a ride-on tractor.
• Supporting day to day grounds maintenance activities.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Skills and requirements

• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
• Knowledge and experience using a ride on tractor.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Additional role context

• Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
• This is a hands-on role working outdoors as part of a team, supporting a variety of landscaping and maintenance projects.
