What the role involves

• We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.
• Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking.
• Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively.
• Delivering winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation.
• Reporting site hazards and relevant information to management.
• Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required.
