Grounds Maintenance Operative

Grounds Maintenance Operative focuses on responsible for the delivery of the grounds maintenance service to the communal areas of our clients managed estates.

Confirmed role details

• Responsible for the delivery of the Grounds Maintenance service to the communal areas of our clients managed estates.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges AND soft landscaping/minor tree work.
• Using a PDA Reporting system to record site visits.
• Record tasks carried out.

Candidate fit

• Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of Grounds Maintenance.
• Knowledge and skills in the use of both mechanical & hand tools used in grounds maintenance operations.
• An understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly when needed.
