What the role involves

• Deliver a strategic internal communications plan aligned to business priorities, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Leading the planning and execution of key internal communications activity, including leadership updates and change communications.
• Overseeing and evolve internal communication channels (including intranet), driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Supporting crisis and sensitive communications, ensuring timely, clear and effective messaging.
• Supporting the planning and execution of integrated external communications and marketing campaigns that enhance Xodus Group visibility.
• Develop high quality, engaging content for digital platforms including LinkedIn, website and campaign materials.

• Strong capability across both internal and external communications, with an understanding of how they work together to drive impact.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, delivering at pace without compromising quality.
