Group Exercise Supervisor focuses on work closely with other departments to ensure blaze timetable is managed in line with programming excellence principles.

What the role involves

• Work closely with other departments to ensure Blaze timetable is managed in line with Programming Excellence principles.
• Managing MYZONE community, system and club reports.

Skills and requirements

• A burning desire to motivate and educate all levels, ages (14+) and abilities.
• Be able to demonstrate effective technique in a wide range of movements.
• Safely demonstrate various weight, Boxing and MMA exercises.
• A solutions driven individual who can think on their feet when needed.

Confirmed role details

• Weekly, training, development and coaching of Instructor team.
• Cleaning and operational standards (BOH/FOH).
• Weekly brand compliance checks.
• Blaze marketing and social media management.

Additional role context

• Social and Blaze community yearly calendar including events – one per month.
• Product delivery through weekly assessments and coaching sessions.
