Group Financial Accountant

Group Financial Accountant focuses on review responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial submissions to the parent company (via diva), ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

What the role involves

• Review Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial submissions to the parent company (via DIVA), ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Prepares supporting analysis for submissions to the parent company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group policies and accounting standards.
• Prepares group finance lease revenue calculations.
• Assists with group consolidation entries and maintains the integrity of the consolidation system (Adaptive).
• Preparing the Estimated Credit Loss for Trade Debtors.
• Manages group cashflow forecasting, providing regular updates to the Group Financial Controller.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in a customer-focused environment is beneficial.
• Previous experience in preparation of statutory accounts preferred.
• Experience with Diva, Hyperion or other consolidation.
• Strong time management skills, with a proven ability to deliver accurate reports to tight deadlines.
