Group Financial Controller

The Group Financial Controller position in London centres on preparing and present detailed management accounts and monthly board reporting packs. Lead the production of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Group, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (FSR 102). Oversee financial controls and internal audit processes, strengthening the group’s control environment.

What you would be doing

Preparing and present detailed management accounts and monthly board reporting packs. Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting. Managing treasury activities, including liquidity management, banking relationships, and covenant reporting / forecasting.

What you need

• Demonstrable experience in a senior finance management Groups role within a high-growth, acquisitive international Group.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and debt management.
• Hands-on experience supporting M&A transactions, including integration and accounting.
