Group Health & Safety Manager focuses on supporting the development and delivery of the group ehs strategy, ensuring manufacturing and logistics needs are reflected.

What the role involves

• Supporting the development and delivery of the Group EHS strategy, ensuring manufacturing and logistics needs are reflected.
• Coordinate group‑wide health & safety improvement programmes across multiple sites.
• Provide constructive challenge and coaching to site HSE and operational leaders to improve performance and culture.
• Supporting major CAPEX and change projects, ensuring robust safety standards are embedded.
• Leading serious incident investigations and root cause analysis, sharing learning and strengthening corporate standards.
• Maintain the Group Health & Safety manual and associated standards.

Confirmed role details

• Permanent, Full Time.
