Group Health & Safety Manager focuses on supporting the development and delivery of the group ehs strategy, ensuring manufacturing and logistics needs are reflected.
What the role involves
- Supporting the development and delivery of the Group EHS strategy, ensuring manufacturing and logistics needs are reflected.
- Coordinate group‑wide health & safety improvement programmes across multiple sites.
- Provide constructive challenge and coaching to site HSE and operational leaders to improve performance and culture.
- Supporting major CAPEX and change projects, ensuring robust safety standards are embedded.
- Leading serious incident investigations and root cause analysis, sharing learning and strengthening corporate standards.
- Maintain the Group Health & Safety manual and associated standards.
