What the role involves

• Maintaining all aspects of safety management system to ensure continued full compliance with legislative requirements and improving safety performance.
• Communicate policies, procedures, safe systems of work, risk assessments and follow up resultant actions.
• Auditing policies and procedures to identify shortcomings and implement improvements.
• Electricity – manage fixed wiring inspections, PAT testing, HV maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with paint process permit requirements, act as key contact for local council in compliance audits. Organise & manage annual.
• Managing fire safety – risk assessment, inspections, testing, evacuations, extinguisher maintenance.
