Contribute to Audit Committee papers, including Provision 29 updates. Leading the planning, execution and reporting of complex and high-risk internal audit engagements. Overseeing audit scoping, risk assessment and testing strategies.

What is expected

• Knowledge of the UK Corporate Governance Code, particularly Provision 29.
• Proven experience in internal audit, risk or controls assurance within a complex organisation.
