What the role involves

• Handling all incoming inquiries and reservation calls professionally.
• Schedule treatments, and guest dining arrangements.
• Sending out booking confirmations and relevant documents promptly.
• Driving sales and improve guest reservations.
• Striving to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assisting other areas of the Central Reservations department as needed.

Confirmed role details

• 27,500.00 - 37,100.00 (inclusive of commission).
• 0745-1615hrs / 0845-1715hrs / 0945-1825hrs.
• Rolling shift patter, including a 6-day working week, a 5-day working week and a 4-day working week.
• Monthly performance-based commission.
