Job DescriptionPortico have an amazing new opportunity available as a Guest Services Ambassador, who will be a part of our corporate team based in BracknellThis is a dynamic and multifaceted role that combines tasks across reception, events, post and facilities. The Guest Services Ambassador will need to remain agile and flexible to cover the needs of the role, whilst ensuring that the high standards of service are consistently maintained, ensuring that all client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hour per week, with shifts usually falling between 7:30-16:30 / 08:00-17:00 / 08:30-17:30 . They will be proactive, organised, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a genuine passion for people.
