Head Chef
As a Head Chef, the work centres on liaise closely with the Head of Catering and Events & Group Head Chef regarding revenue budgets and cost targets. Ensure targets are met. It would suit someone who can bring pace, food quality, hygiene standards, and reliable teamwork to the role.
Who the work supports
We have 21 racing venues showcasing horse racing, greyhound racing, golf courses, hotels and events. Holiday allowance increasing with length of service up to 28 days.
Service work involved
Liaise closely with the Head of Catering and Events & Group Head Chef regarding revenue budgets and cost targets. Ensure targets are met. To implement and adhere to the Company Food Safety Management System across all areas within remit. Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
