- Leading by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards.
- Monitoring the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assisting with the preparation of the annual operating budget.
- Managing budgets, reduce costs and maximise profitability.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.

- Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
