Job description
The Weekend position in Sous Chef centres on collaborate closely with the Sous Chef to ensure full operational coverage. It would suit someone who can bring overseeing food quality, presentation, and consistency across all offerings to the role.
How the role is set up
Oversee the day-to-day running of a busy production kitchen, delivering catering services to corporate clients. In addition, the kitchen supports delivered events and hospitality services, including canapés, working lunches, and buffets.
Where someone would start
Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef to ensure full operational coverage. Supporting the growth of the business by delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients.

Overseeing food quality, presentation, and consistency across all offerings. Supporting kitchen leadership, service flow, and food quality across service-by-service operations.
What is expected
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a central production kitchen is highly desirable.
