What the role involves
- Manage the kitchen team of approximately 12 staff including senior chefs, chefs and kitchen porters.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, compliance, kitchen organisation and cleanliness.
- Maintaining consistent and high-quality food standards. Conduct regular tastings and assessments to ensure that all dishes meet our restaurant's high standards.
- Manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
- Lead our team to new heights, we want to hear from you!
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience of training & development of staff.
- Experience leading a large team including senior chefs.
