Head Chef focuses on ensuring daily and weekly deep cleaning tasks are completed as per the cleaning schedule and signed off in the appropriate kitchen records.
What the role involves
- Ensuring daily and weekly deep cleaning tasks are completed as per the cleaning schedule and signed off in the appropriate kitchen records.
- Following the correct date/day labelling system as expected by Head Chef.
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, neat and tidy adopting a ‘clean as you go’ approach.
- Regularly checking the amount of clean crockery & utensils, making sure there is always sufficient stocks for the effective running of the kitchenThe ideal candidate for this role.
- Previous experience in 4* hotel is desirable, although full training is provided.
- Good communications skills with a positive and energetic nature.

- Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.

- You may need to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.
