  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.

  • Ensure that all ingredients and equipment are prepared and organised ready for service.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/ distinctive brand is desirable but not required.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
