Head Client Care Advisor
Job description
If you enjoy providing great service in a fast-paced work environment, we have just the opportunity for you! We’re looking for an experienced Client Care Advisor to join us in this Lead position at Braintree Vets for Pets.
What your typical day will look like
This is a full-time position (40 hours) including 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.15am-4.45pm) with 1 day TOIL after a worked weekend.
The attributes required
In short, you like to be busy, enjoy helping people and their pets and always endeavour to make a difference.
Previous receptionist or CCA experience in a veterinary practice would be preferred, but not essential.
