Build the future of Agentic AI in Enterprise Asset Management. Drive Ultimo’s strategy for AI-enabled, market-ready innovations, with a strong focus on our Agentic Platform: digital co-workers purpose-built for the EAM domain. You identify real customer problems, experiment rapidly with the market, and turn emerging AI technologies into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

What you need

• 8 -10 years of experience in technology, innovation, or product leadership, including 3+ years in AI or data-driven products (agentic AI experience is a strong plus).
• Proven success delivering customer-facing AI initiatives, pilots, or product incubations.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset - you know how to turn technology into business impact.
