The Head of Brand Insight, UK&I position in Marketing, Business centres on evolve and improve standard operating procedures and train team members to maintain the highest standards of performance and quality. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

What you would be doing
Evolve and improve standard operating procedures and train team members to maintain the highest standards of performance and quality. Leading a high-performing Brand Insight team, providing guidance, coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities whilst embracing change. Leading the evolution and execution of the Brand Insight strategy aligned with macro business goals, synthesising actionable insight from multiple sources.
What you need
- Managing paid media campaigns, reporting, and task-by-task account priorities across relevant channels.
- Proven leadership experience in a client-side Insight function at a multinational FTSE (or equivalent) organisation with multichannel revenue streams.
- Experience managing third-party research agencies.
