What the role involves

• Deliver TP's commercial growth strategy.
• This is a senior, strategically critical role responsible for building a sustainable, valueaccretive pipeline of products and partnerships that support our longterm ambitions.
• Leading and execute TP's business development strategy, aligned with corporate growth objectives and portfolio priorities.
• Manage a robust pipeline of new sterile injectable products for inhouse development, ensuring longterm, sustainable portfolio growth.
• Conduct detailed market assessments, competitiveness analysis and commercial evaluation to support investment decisions and Executive approvals.
• Preparing highquality business cases and recommendations for Executive team review.

Skills and requirements

• Our heritage spans over 50 years with a track record of manufacturing essential medicines across the UK and beyond.
• A strong track record in pharmaceutical business development, ideally with experience of inlicensing, outlicensing and CMO/CDMO transactions.
• Proven experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strategic deal negotiation and execution.

Confirmed role details

• Develop and secure contract manufacturing and technology transfer partnerships, maximising utilisation of TP's manufacturing capabilities.
