Job Description
Lead financial planning and analysis to support housing initiatives and projects.Providing strategic financial advice to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.Preparing, review, and present detailed financial reports and forecasts.Ensuring compliance with public sector financial regulations and policies.Identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements within housing programmes.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organisational goals.Supporting budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis for housing operations.The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Business Partnering (Housing) will have:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).Proven experience in temporary accomodation.Strong understanding of housing finance, HRA and related regulations.Excellent senior communication skills - stakeholder management.Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team of four.What's on Offer
