We have launched 8 media companies and acquired one. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will scale the client success and operations departments, work closely with the founders, and be part of the management team.

Managing, grow, and mentor the client success team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Focus on customer success to enable exponential growth and expansion. Implement best practices in people management and scale functions across markets.

What you need
- 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience in high-growth businesses, with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong project management and process creation skills.
