• As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Head Clinical Product to scale and optimise the clinical infrastructure behind a rapidly growing GLP-1 pre.
• Design, refine, and operationalise scalable GLP-1 prescribing pathways.
• Translate clinical protocols into streamlined digital workflows and patient journeys.

• Supporting a large remote clinical workforce, including prescribing pharmacists and clinicians.
• Overseeing workforce planning, rota management, and clinical capacity forecasting.
• Ensure prescribing workflows operate efficiently while maintaining service levels and clinical quality standards.

Requirements mentioned

• Have experience within GLP-1/weight management, digital health, online pharmacy and telemedicine environments.
• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with Independent Prescriber qualification.
