Overseeing budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocation. Partner with the Technical Director and senior stakeholders on roadmap and investment planning. Leading, mentor, and develop senior engineering leaders and managers.

What you need
- Maintaining the ability to deploy and oversee projects at a technical level when required.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in cloud-first or hybrid environments.
- Hands-on understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud security, modern infrastructure, and automation (CI/CD).
Practical information
- £75,000 – £85,000 basic salary, depending on experience and location.
- Work model: Hybrid.
