Content Effectiveness: Continually review and enhance communications channels, ensuring teams have the resources they need without information overload.

Practical details

• Design and deploy adaptable communications toolkits, templates, and playbooks that local teams can easily tailor to their unique audiences and market conditions.
• Coaching & Capacity Building: Provide hands-on training, mentoring.
• Support to regional communications professionals, empowering them to execute with excellence while reflecting Logitech’s tone, values, and global priorities.
• Managing Global Nuance: Advise on cultural and regulatory nuances, ensuring strategies respect local diversity and comply with regional requirements, while preserving core brand co.

What needs to be in place
