Leading the Retail Marketing team to deliver best-in-class multi-channel activities that support the Kärcher UK Retail business vision. Develop and translate long-term brand and category strategies (1, 3, and 5-year plans) into actionable marketing objectives across the consumer journey. Own key external relationships, specifically leading the media agency and overseeing PR, social, and influencer briefings.

- Manage the total annual marketing budget, ensuring all spend is tracked, resourced efficiently, and aligned with annual planning processes.
