What the role involves
- A global network of licences alongside our best-in-class tech is why we're trusted by 1000+ enterprise clients to process over $180bn volume annually.
- Maintain, and enhance corporate due diligence–related compliance procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry standards.
- Overseeing the onboarding, periodic review, and event-driven reviews of corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure cases are prioritised appropriately based on risk, commercial needs, and regulatory deadlines.
- Develop a team of due diligence analysts, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency of outputs.
- Ensure team members are appropriately trained and remain up to date with regulatory developments, internal policies, and systems.
Candidate fit
- Significant experience in corporate due diligence (CDD/EDD) within a regulated financial services, fintech, payments, or banking environment.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within a business, including at least 5 years in operational onboarding and a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams in a compliance or operational risk function.
Additional role context
- Supervise day-to-day CDD/EDD activities, including client change requests, queries, terminations, and account closures.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to implement scalable, integrated compliance solutions and tooling.
