- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the counselling department.
- Monitoring service quality, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Analysing trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Supporting performance management and action planning.
- Overseeing complaints, escalations, and service concerns.
- Ensure safeguarding and risk procedures are consistently followed.
Skills and requirements
- BACP accredited, or actively working towards accreditation.
- Previous leadership or management experience within counselling services.
- Experience within helpline, EAP, or high-volume counselling services is desirable.
Confirmed role details
- £43,000 to £50,000 + Benefits.
- Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
