  • Supporting performance management and action planning.
  • Overseeing complaints, escalations, and service concerns.
  • Ensure safeguarding and risk procedures are consistently followed.

Skills and requirements

  • BACP accredited, or actively working towards accreditation.
  • Previous leadership or management experience within counselling services.
  • Experience within helpline, EAP, or high-volume counselling services is desirable.
