Head of Customer Success – Retail Brands

This Head of Customer Success opportunity with Interview stage in Retail Brands is built around identify opportunities for operational improvement to support and drive field team efficiencies. It would suit someone who can bring delivering excellent relationships with clients, clear communication to the field & delivery of KPIs to the role.

What you would be doing

Identify opportunities for operational improvement to support and drive field team efficiencies. Need to be a strong leader who is able to effectively motivate & lead a team to exceed customer expectations & targets. Be skilled in identifying new opportunities to improve current processes, to deliver a service that is more efficient & cost effective for both Dee Set & the customer.

Practical information

• Full Time 37.5 hrs a week Monday to Friday.

Job details

• Pay: £60,000 per annum
