The Head Of Employment Law position centres on battle-tested in managing your own caseload and navigating HR departments who use Comic Sans in grievance letters. It would suit someone who can bring accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication to the role.

Know your way around both respondent and claimant work without Googling ET1 mid-meeting. We've got a cracking opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor (6+ PQE) whos ready to step up (or across) into a Head of Department role.
