The Head of Engineering position centres on overseeing the expansion and integration of offshore development teams and delivery partners. It would suit someone who can bring advance Agile ways of working to improve quality, consistency, and delivery confidence to the role.

Sec, Operations, and Delivery teams, playing a key role in driving innovation, improving delivery predictability, and scaling high‑quality solutions aligned with business needs. As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the performance, direction, and cohesion of the engineering function, with a focus on people, process, and platform delivery.

Overseeing the expansion and integration of offshore development teams and delivery partners. Leading and mentor Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders across multiple domains. Leading major strategic initiatives including platform re‑architecture and tooling modernisation.

What is expected
- Experience working closely with C‑level stakeholders, especially CTOs or CIOs.
