How the role works day to day

Define and own the engineering strategy for Customer Platforms, including Salesforce, aligned to business and product goals. Translate enterprise and retail strategy into actionable engineering roadmaps across digital, CRM (Salesforce) and integration domains. Provide clear technical direction within agreed architectural guardrails, including Salesforce architecture and ecosystem.
