Ensure full compliance with CQC fundamental standards, particularly Regulation 12 (Safe Care and Treatment) and Regulation 15 (Premises and Equipment). Ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Overseeing robust Health and Safety systems including COSHH, working at height, and legionella control (ACOP L8).
