• Head of Finance focuses on an experienced head of finance with a strong understanding of cyprus financial and tax legislation to oversee the company’s financial strategy, reporting.
• WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Lead the consolidation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) across all entities within the holding structure.
• Managing financial and management accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Cypriot and international standards (IFRS).
• Driving the implementation and transition to a new accounting/reporting system, including automation and optimization of financial processes.
• Managing tax planning in alignment with corporate goals and local regulations.
• Maintaining internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to support business growth.

Skills and requirements

• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.

Confirmed role details

• Coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors in Cyprus.
