Where the technical work sits

• Leading the delivery of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring stakeholders understand financial performance.
• Ensure timely access to consistent management information for all budget holders to support strategic and operational decision making; lead training for finance staff and non-finan.
• Supporting departments in preparing and reviewing financial reports and business plans including new ventures and external funding proposals.

Technical requirements

• Significant experience leading financial planning and reporting processes in environments requiring robust budgetary control systems.
• Qualified accountant, with extensive years PQE in a management position.
