Head of Finance

This Head of Finance opportunity is built around leading investment governance, business case assurance, cost optimisation, and internal cost recovery models, partnering directly with the Regional CIO. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Track delivery of key projects, managing data outputs to bring clarity to the business and support decision-making. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 10 years post-qualified experience.

Finance work involved

Lead investment governance, business case assurance, cost optimisation, and internal cost recovery models, partnering directly with the Regional CIO. Act as the trusted finance advisor to the senior leadership team, providing strategic insight and performance visibility. Build (project/transformation) activities, investigating variances and driving corrective action.

Finance skills and experience

• Significant experience in a finance business partnering role within amulti-service FM, outsourced services, or large-scale contract-driven environment.
• Demonstrable experience of analysing business opportunities and making decisions withincomplete or complex data.
• Excellent financial modelling skills and the ability to build robust business cases.
