Lead, manage and continually improve the organisation’s finance function, including training, developing and supporting the Finance team. We are partnering with a not-for-profit organisation based in West London, recruiting for a Head of Finance on a permanent basis.

What you would be doing

Overseeing the preparation of financial accounts, forecasting and the financial aspects of large-scale project and programme budgets, ensuring robust reporting and monitoring. Act as the Executive Lead for the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, preparing and presenting papers as required and working closely with governance and HR colleagues. Monitoring cash flow and reserves and analyse performance against the organisation’s business plan and financial dashboard.

What you need

• Skilled in developing and enhancing financial reporting tools and systems, with the ability to coach and support others in their use.
• Must hold a formally recognised professional accounting qualification.
• You must be fully qualified and have experience working in the charity/not-for-profit sector.

Practical information

• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Free gym membership at health club one minute walk from the office.
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
• The annual salary is circa £80,000, depending on experience.
