Head of Finance focuses on overseeing financial operations across multiple companies within the group.

What the role involves

• Overseeing financial operations across multiple companies within the group.
• Leading month-end and year-end close activities, including preparation of statutory accounts and regulatory submissions.
• Partner with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate, timely financial data and reporting.
• Managing relationships with auditors and external advisors.
• Ensure full compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain budgets, cashflow forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in senior finance roles (Head of Finance, Finance Director, or equivalent).
• Experience managing multiple entities within a group structure.
• Strong background in statutory accounts, year-end reporting, and compliance.
• A commercial mindset, with experience supporting high-growth businesses.
